A little bit of sunshine is coming back into my life. It's been dark for so long, that it's very welcomed. I actually laughed out loud last night--what a beautiful thing. I believe things are shifting for the better, but I've been doing a lot of hard work to get here.
Today I walked 45 minutes on the treadmill and did this yin yoga workout. I like the shorter 30-minute session, and it felt good. I think for me, though, the longer sessions are better.
I like Devi, I like her energy, and her practice. She's definitely my first choice for yin.
