We took a long, lovely walk with our dogs today in unseasonably, beautiful weather. Snow never melts before April in north country, but it has this year and it's such a special treat. I know it won't be good for summer, water, drought, etc., but I think we can at the very least enjoy the warmth of it in the now.
My health, fitness, and weight-loss journey. I have reversed Type 2 Diabetes with a ketogenic diet, lost 85 pounds with 60 to go, and am working on becoming fit again. I am journaling my workouts in my quest to make fitness a lifetime habit.
