 After breakfast and lunch, I did a minimum 10 minute walk.  Nice and easy zone 2.


Breakfast dessert: 



 Lunch Dessert:  

(I walked only 15 minutes.) 



After dinner, I walked 35 minutes on my treadmill. After, I put on some yoga music and did a 21-minute stretch. It was wonderful.
